Micah Pil, also known as Meek, is an award-winning multimedia artist, creative entrepreneur, and founder of Ikigai Animation Studio. She is a nationally recognized industry leader, served as a National Trainer and Assessor for the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Animation and Design an esteemed role entrusted to top professionals shaping workforce standards in the Philippines.
Micah has represented Davao City and Mindanao at major national and international summits, including the Animation Council of the Philippines General Assembly and a regional development summit in Singapore with the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA). Under her leadership, Ikigai Animation Studio has grown into a multi-disciplinary creative and digital marketing firm, partnering with educational institutions, government agencies, and industry organizations to drive innovation and youth empowerment.
Her work and impact have been recognized by prestigious platforms such as the Asia CEO Awards, and CNN Philippines highlighting her influence in both the creative industry and entrepreneurial space.
